I’m not one to buy jeans or pants with a design or pattern. For some reason, I’ve always found that really tacky and kitsch. However, when I found these paisley print trousers hanging on a rack on its lonesome at the thrift store, I decided to give printed pants a try. Since the print blends into the grayish-black background of the pants, I didn’t feel so off-the-wall. However, my knit cardigan, tucked in blouse, high-waisted pants, and shoe boots had me feeling very granny chic. All that was missing was a tapestry shoulder bag and a teal 3/4 quilted down coat… One another note, school is most definitely back in swing. It’s only been about a week since the Winter quarter session began and I’ve already enrolled and dropped three courses since then. However, I’m proud to report that I have found a permanent home in a Feminist Theory class. Now that the issue is resolved, I’m starting to feel a bit settled into the quarter. I’m looking forward to a good term. Mostly because now I can annoy my boyfriend with all things feminist for the next two months. Awesome.
