tangerine tango

Every once in a while, I find a great looking item at Forever 21. They are known for fast fashion and super trends, but sometimes I come across a shirt that just might withstand the test of time. The bright color (tangerine tango, color of the year for 2012!) and cool pattern (circles and stripes all in one, oh my!) drew me to this blouse, and the billowy shape and 3/4-length sleeve sealed the deal! It’s fun to wear, and because of the business of the shirt, it does not need a lot of accessories. I paired it with a tee for extra warmth and the yellow scarf for a little extra color, but toned it down with some new trouser jeans I got for my birthday and of course my favorite shoes, the Antelopes. This is the first time I haven’t worn the Antelopes with a skirt/dress or skinny jeans, and while I like to see the full shoe, they also work well as a regular boot.
