It’s a little bit funny how you find something really grand when you’re hardly looking for it. I found this dress while jokingly browsing through the girls section in Target and I fell in love in about five seconds. I have been searching for a moderately cheap peter pan collar dress and even though this one was 25 buckaroonies (which I would normally never even consider) I had a giftcard for fifty! Yipididooda!

Aw I wish! But I'm afraid since it's a girls dress (as opposed to womens) belting it would make it dreadfully short :(
