This is my New Year’s Eve outfit, to wear around the house while eating too many snacks and watching Great Expectations and Sherlock Holmes (the BBC version, naturally).It snowed again a couple of days ago and I threw myself at it, which resulted in rather numb fingers and toes.

I feel like in this outfit I’m channeling my inner Russian-doll-tomboy-princess. The stuff all over my tights is some horrible plant that got stuck all over me while I wandered through some bushes.

I hope you all have a wonderful New Year’s Eve and Day.
