Super fans and groupies around the world have always shown their love for the boys in the band with signs, tattoos, and tees. Wildfox Couture showed their love to the Rolling Stones with an oversized boyfriend tee with bold names down the front. Pick your favorite band and pay tribute by following this easy DIY for a graphic tee that shows where your loyalty lies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- An oversized tee
- Iron-on letters
- An iron
TUTORIAL:
[PLACE]— Start just below the neck and carefully center and space the first name you want to write.
[IRON]— Follow the instructions on the letters to figure out the proper setting for your iron. Hold the iron down over each letter for about 30 seconds to set them.
[REPEAT]— Repeat this process for each name. Make sure you space everything evenly! It helps to do name #1 first and then name #4 second so you can choose exactly where the text starts and ends.
[FLIP IT]— Turn the tee inside out and iron again to make sure everything is properly and fully set.
Try styling your hard rock tee with skinny jeans and a leather jacket for a tough look or try it with a big high-waisted skirt for a more unexpected style! This big graphic tee is so personal and versatile that it will be a wardrobe staple in no time.
Check out how other Chictopians are wearing their graphic tees:
Misha paired hers with a fuzzy vest for a downtown chic vibe.
Cayleem kept it simple and showed off some serious leg.
Teen Ugly wears a skirt that would be the perfect bottom half with your new band boy tee.
