This dress was a couple dollars at the thrift store and I was attracted to the drop waist so I hemmed it a few inches to modernize it and now I have the perfect throw on slouchy dress. Hemming takes about 30 minutes and opens up a world of possibilities for thrifted clothing! You get so many ideas while shopping when you keep tailoring in the back of your mind.
