Frills and Fringes

Hello Chic people!

My title today relates to both the frill on my blouse and the fringe on my vintage boots…just so you know!

My blouse is an oldie but goodie, I’ve had it for yonks. It is black with a frill at the top centre with a few buttons and is totally versatile as it can be worn casual or corporate and is classic, so still after it’s seven year age doesn’t look daggy.

My skirt is a simple elastic waist one in a black and white rayon that I made last year, so I usually wear it with a belt.
