on the edge of darkness

I scored this sheer maxi skirt at Macy’s..on sale and it was just my size…it was a good day. I love how there is a short black skirt attached underneath so no other clothing is necessarily needed in order to wear the skirt. That and the pattern that set the skirt apart from all my others. Bar III has been current favorite when shopping at Macy’s. Their pieces are carefully crafted to be simple, yet hold a subtle boldness to where no other clothing is needed or much jewelry to be added. So it was no surprise this skirt is made by them! I paired it with a black leotard for a clean silhouette, with the heels to add length. I am excited to re-style and accessorize this skirt with other pieces in my wardrobe to create a different looks, because it is so versatile.
