The Call of the Wild

My Halloween night was just basically a late afternoon to evening shift working in retail. Seeing customers dressed up in costumes made my night fair enough. I wandered few hours around some parks before I headed to work— at least I had time for self-peacefulness.

Since, my interests involves redwood forests, mountains, fairy tales, Shamanism, folk music, Where the Wild Things Are, Fleet Foxes, Dancing with the Wolves, Princess Mononoke, etc…I decided to just go for this particular type of nature related fantasy on my work day. I basically just used items I own from my closet. My wolf hat, for instance, isn’t really meant as a costume, since it is just a winter hat with tied ear flaps for practical wear. My sweater, skirt, tights and shoes are my staple items—because of my interests, it was pretty typical of me to put together a terrestrial-feel outfit.

A student film photographer asked for a picture, I was quite flattered. Hopefully, it turned out well for her. XD I know mines didn’t came out the way I wanted to.
