Oh my! What red lips you have….

I wanted to go classic Grimm Tale this year so I set off for the nearest thrift store ‘nicely and quietly and did not run off the path.’ Though I bumped into a few wolves, I was not led astray and found my way directly to a red linen bedspread. It turned out to be the perfect piece to convert into a dramatic DIY red cape. I paired it with a thrifted vintage blouse and skirt and trotted off to grandmother’s house in my tawny suede boots. Of course my basket was full of goodies to share…
