i’ve had this dress for a little over a year now and yesterday was the first time i’ve worn it. i was waiting for a special occasion or something fancy to go to. i finally decided that it was time to just wear it even though i didn’t really have anything special to do. i remember my friend nadia found it in the thrift store and immediately she said, “shevah…” i always know she found something important when she does that. when i first saw it i thought, “it’s gorgeous but i don’t know if i can pull it off.” of course i bought it anyway and here i am a year later in love with it. it makes me feel like i’m a movie star in an old hollywood movie. always a plus.
