Had to give my mom a shout out in the title because this is the kind of outfit that makes her weep. Well, not weep. More of a frustration/ utter bafflement.

I insisted on making our store’s tag, ‘Break the dress code.’ As someone who spent a lot of time in detention for failing to get on board with all the ins and outs of ‘chapel day’ dress, I’m all for freedom of expression when it comes to clothes. (And speech, for that matter.)
