We both got these dresses in Zara when we were in New York! So amazing. Usually we would never buy anything in a store that expensive but we were like, when are we going to ever be able to go back here? San Diego Zaras don’t exist.
Good reason, right? haha.
We wanted to try something new with this outfit post on our blog and do a sort of “Moving Outfit Post” video, check it out here! There’s a bit of a Lanvin-surprise at the end… haha. (If you’re wondering why the main picture is so low quality, that’s why; it’s just a screencap)
Since these outfits are sort of all about the dress, we’ll just talk about those.
Daniel I’m obsessed with anything 90s, with anything space-age, with anything white, with anything minimalist-futurist. This dress is basically everything, so how could I say no? While I would have loved to buy a bright orange coat from menswear, it doesn’t really make sense with our weather here or my price range! So, as the non-discriminating person that I am, I ventured to the women’s section. Thank goodness straight 60s silhouettes are in. :)
Iris Before getting this dress, I didn’t even have an LBD. My closet is filled with white lace-y dresses but no simple black dress is in there! I’m obsessed with these Zara-pleated dresses; so when I found this one, I kinda died. It’s like if a princess dress was turned into a mixture of office-wear and school uniforms. Why must I be poor and lacking a Zara??? hahaha.
