i don’t usually venture into primark. it’s bargain heaven, and i usually like to shop in peace. i was there about a year ago and bought this sweater dress for i forgot how much but you can trust me when i say it was extremely cheap ! they have quite a few good finds there, but unless you want to bump into your mirror image on the streets, you have to know how to pair them up with something out of your closet.
i finished the look off with gray leggings and an old pair of ankle boots, which i added detail to by pairing them with some ankle length black socks. it was a spur-of-the-moment outfit because i somehow managed to sleep til late and was supposed to meet my boyfriend and brother for a carol service at the royal courts of justice. i managed to snap a few shots before i left the flat – it would have been out of character if i didn’t do so. pity i didn’t take any photos of the blazer and chunky wool scarf that i paired my outfit up with… was in too much of a hurry!
i might go to primark tomorrrow morning at 10am so as to avoid the crowds, but i guess beggars can’t be choosers, hey? sigh.
i want to go ice skating at somerset house – they have a christmas tree with ice skates for decoration. how chic! anddd they also have tiffany & co cupcakes with blue icing and a tiny white bow in the centre! as well as mulled wine out of their paper blue cups. ahh, love. i’m pathetic. lol.
