Mustard with your Hamburger?

When I purchased the dress seen here at American Apparel (yes, it’s a dress) I wasn’t too sure if I would wear it or not. Now the question is when shouldn’t I wear it?!
The thing I love about it is that you can wear it so many different ways; whether it’s with black or jean skinnies or nylons and shorts with black flats or fringed boots it looks fresh and just absolutely amazing.
Also during winter I pull out the neck piece to make it appear as a scarf, you’d never know the difference.
