my lacoste

i started wearing this cardigan about two, three years ago, i was rummaging through the new donations in my friend’s second hand store and what do i find? this woolen gem of a cardigan. I was lucky to be able to call it mine and i’ve been attached to it ever since.

it’s got the big prominent old ‘Lacoste Club’ crocodile logo with a golden embroidered outline, and big navy, mossy green horizontal stripes. i wear it with everything, anything and everywhere to all sorts places and occasions. it’s never failed me. my favourite cardigan.

I believe it’s from the 50s, 60s era, i’ve researched it but it’s hard to tell. either way it’s perfect for now and always, it’s iconically a timeless piece.
