This is one of my all time favorite dresses! I love the high/low skirt and the tiered fabric. I wanted to spice it up with a bold color and decided to go with these Jeffrey Campbell booties! I love the big button detail and the interesting wedged heel. I added gold accessories and polka dot patterned tights to complete the look!
