After the stylish and sporty collection shown by Nicole Miller (check out Heather’s article here: Nicole Miller Spring/Summer 2012) guests of the show were sporting their best and we captured the chicest of chic in the tents!
Rakia Reynolds from Philadelphia was wearing an amazing black dress with bird-like embroidery and a belt dripping with chains. Punctuating the look with hot pink accessories like her leather bag and socks gave the outfit a fun and playful look. She was excited for Thursday’s Arise Magazine fashion show!
Julianna Olukitibi from London was excited for Arise Magazine‘s fashion show as well. She’s also excited to see the city since she hasn’t been before. Her amazing simple and chic outfit was high in style but affordable in price! Her t-shirt and eye catching striped maxi skirt are both from H&M. Her patent black tote is from Ted Baker and rhinestone armor ring is from Forever 21.
Maria Denardo is a fashion writer for The Daily and her style shows her knowledge and experience! She’s wearing a navy blue dress with sections of black sheer fabric. The on-trend fabric and color combination is chic and inspirational. Her acid-yellow heels add a cheerful and lively finish to the outfit. Topping off the already perfect look with a wide brim hat gives her a unique and modern edge.
Front Row
Seated across the runway, front row, were actresses Alexis Bledel and Ashley Tisdale, who was accompanied by her sister. After the show ended we spotted Joe Zee and Leandra Medine of The Man Repeller filming and chatting. We heard him exclaim, “there’s nothing man-repelling about you!” haha.
