The galaxy trend started on the runway last year in Christopher Kane’s resort collection. Since Kane’s collection, the galaxy trend has been popping up everywhere including the blogosphere. You can jump on the galaxy bandwagon by trying some of the many inspired pieces, or you can try some DIY’s to get your own ‘out of this world’ look!
Chictopians have been styling their galaxy duds in numerous ways from skirts to leggings, and to shirts. They show us that the best part of this trend is the simplicity it takes to style it!
The galaxy print can hold up on its own as Redhaireddesigner shows us. The bold print of her leggings is balanced by a simple tank and black boots. Anything galaxy is great for throwing on in a rush and looking stylish.
Playing with patterns with this trend is hard, especially since it is so bold and unique. But, as this Chictopian shows us, it isn’t impossible. The leopard print works surprisingly well with the nebulas.
Suprisingly versatile, the print can be dressed up and down easily. Pair a galaxy tee with some distressed Levi shorts for a go to summer look. Or get a bold red nebula dress like this for a night out on the town.
