You would never guess it, until you look closely, but the skirt is actually knitted mohair, so its quite fluffy! It looks gorgeous. I love different textiles that make things stand out.

I loved this floral fabric too (I am bias because I love anything floral!) and I think it lifts the skirt quite well.

Trust me to have an extremely LARGE bow! But I think it’s soo cute. It’s easy to wear from the stretch of the knit, so it fits a few sizes.

The knitting for this was done on one of those old knitting machines (I think they’re from the 80’s) that are a nightmare to knit on. You will be going along nicely, and all of a sudden they will drop all you stitches, so you have to start again. I finally got the hang of it by the end! I also made a poncho from the same mohair wool, and I might upload that another time.
