When the sun begins to lower it’s curtain of sunshine, a kaleidoscopic intermission tends to occur before the waxing moon takes center stage. This dancing, luminous spectrum never ceases to amaze me as the summer heat wanes and mischief shadows the earth. It makes me grateful for the golden ruler of the sky despite its severity during the day. Silky fabrics, sheer tights, and tailored trouser shorts seem to be the appropriate companion to the playful sunset. The mixture is also my inadvertent way of conjuring autumn’s arrival, hopefully precocious this year.
much love, Jamie
