This romper may appear to be a super-short mini dress, but it actually has these lovely matching shorts underneath. Samantha Pleet rules. The 4th of July is coming up here in the States, so I’m feeling a little patriotic- hence the red white and blue. Who knows what I’ll be wearing on the 4th! A flag maybe?! lol
