I bought these super cute ruffly shorts from Forever 21 for like, $20! Reminds me of the little girl panties I wore as a child. The lace top and chiffon wedges were the perfect compliment to create this summery romantic look. And to top it off, I wore my vintage Ray Bans, which kept sliding down my sweaty face, lol. And as for those wondering about my “mermaid hair”, I simply took my wet hair and made two french braids overnight.
