This is a really hot outfit. I think you made so many good decisions with this one. The top looks really great with the high-waisted pants and the blazer just tops things off nicely

Yes , Black and Yellow is a MUST HAVE. One of my favorite combinations. " when it's not too hot. Especially on a blonde. I like your outfit, but I think another yellow silky top ( or cotton crocheted lace)would look most daring over the black crop and then the blazer on top.
