Hi Chictopians!
I’ve been wanting to post an outfit post in a while, but haven’t gotten the chance to – in fact, it’s been a while since I’ve actually “blogged” about my happenings and whereabouts. Anyway, I tweeted a while back that I recently went on a Goodwill shopping trip. This Goodwill shop was actually 20-30 minutes away from my house (freeway/highway included)! So, I definitely made a trip there and I managed to score 3 skirts!
Each skirt was $7.00 (more expensive because this Goodwill was like Forever 21: huge and colour coordinated). This was my first time wearing midi skirts and I have to admit I was a bit uncomfortable at first – but then as the day went on, it was all right! This skirt has an autumn feel to it, and I didn’t know the rest of my outfit would actually complement the skirt so well! Yes, don’t be afraid to contrast prints! This advice extends from wearing pastels to any other outfit as well.
