When girls fall asleep by counting sheep leaping over fences, I imagine bunny rabbits stealing carrots from a farmer’s garden and escaping into the night giggling feverishly. But dwell upon the thought if bunnies were to scamper off with clothes instead? Have you…met Fifi Lapin? (How I Met Your Mother show reference, here.) Fifi Lapin is probably one of the most adorable, stylish rabbits out there. Ruby Gatta, the mental gymnast behind the fashionable bunny, is one heck of an artist.
I have had this top from quite some time, but it got lost in the dark caverns of my closet. Poor Fifi Lapin was in hibernation mode for awhile. So when I recently added these lavender shorts to my wardrobe, the best thing that complemented the colors was Fifi Lapin’s lavender sunnies. Viola! I dusted the ol’ gal out and Fifi Lapin got to see the sunshine again and show off her colors. To add some needed edge to the demure look, I outfitted my feet with the Jeffrey Campbell 99 Tie wedges. I’ve decided to go on a shoe purchasing hiatus for now, and let the bf breathe some. It’s only fair, right?
