I recently came out of a feather craze where I made and wore lots of feather earrings and such. I still think they are great, but I am kind of over them now. I think I found my new craze: FRINGE. I made this baby pink fringe necklace by simply pulling out my best friend (my hot glue gun) and hot glueing two pieces of ribbon to each end of this scrap of fringe.
I just realized how many DIFFERENT red jackets/blazers I have. I seem to have an attraction to red things. This blazer however, is my very favorite of all. I bought it as a skirt suite-set at Goodwill a while back. It is a Ted Lapidus Haute Couture Paris. I prize this thrift store find.
As I said, I seem to be attracted to red things, well I am also attracted to antiqueish/granny chic things. This ensemble I think is somewhat granny chic. But, I have recently found dark green to be a favorite of mine in addition to red. Since red and green when paired together give off a Christmas festivities flair, I have to be super careful when wearing them together.
I have been trying to find inspirational pictures of the red and green inspirations in my head and this is the best of could come up with. I think of red and green retro garden chic with a touch of tea party. You can see my inspirations pictures and more outfit photos on my blog :)
