Took my new Alexander boots for a test drive in Bear Park in Elizabeth Bay on Sunday.
I really do like winter dressing. All the layers mean so many options for playing around with volume, lengths, textures and tones.
I picked up this cropped shearling jacket at a vintage shop in Tokyo on my last buying trip there a couple of months back. It’s super cosy and works across so many looks and has become a bit of a winter staple for me.
These leather shorts are actually a piece I have designed for next summer, but I don’t see why they should wait neglected on the rack till then, so I paired them with some leggings for added warmth.
Same with the bag, also a sample that I had made a couple of seasons ago and just found at the bottom of my cupboard. Loving the texture of suede at the moment, especially against open weave knits.
