Tough Love

I love mixing two contradicting styles. It always updates an outfit. It gives it that modern touch. While I can go all out tough chic or an all out sweet girl style, mixing the two together takes out the cheesy-ness (if that’s ever a word) – you know what I mean. Imagine wearing an army shirt and army pants together and we’re all gonna be like “HOOAH!!!” Now imagine a leather vest with leather pants or skirt and we’ll all be shouting “ROCK ON!!!” And how about mixing a tulle dress with glass pumps or nude ballet flats? Channeling Cinderella or the White Swan or something? Kidding aside, that’s why I thought of combining a tough army rock look with a lovely feminine dress. Love it or hate it?
