There’s a Swedish blog that I follow, where two girls discuss and comment on what’s written in other people’s blogs. (It might not sound like a very fun blog, I don’t know, but the girls who write it are quite funny… so I like it.) They had linked to a blogger who showed her new brown leather shorts, and people where commenting, laughing and saying how incredibly ugly those shorts were.

My only reaction was: don’t I have a pair of (faux) leather shorts somewhere?! And yep, I rummaged through my closet and found these! Maybe they’re ugly too, who cares, I like them. In this beautiful weather I wear shorts almost every single day, and it’s always nice to mix it up with different materials and colors.

In my opinion, this look would have been a little bit boring if the shorts had been regular blue denim. I like it when there’s a slight “what is she wearing?”-feel to an outfit. ;)
