Hello you chic lot!!=) Good day?=) Mine’s striped, obviously.=)
I wrote in a few posts that my summer will be androgynous but things changed these past couple of weeks because of some real good luck. Prada SS11 was originally my top 1 favourite collection but i moved it to top 5 as i thought there’s no point faving it if i cant wear it (them). I aready had a few stripes by then (thanks to high street!) but i failed to get my so-called “main pieces”. But then the olympian goddess of fashion granted that wish.=) So Prada is back on top.=) My top 2 and 3 are still Androgyny but i’m happy that i wont be a “man” all summer!=) Anyway, while waiting for the right shade of the sun, i would like to give you my first Prada inspired look. I am so inlove with it that i wore it again the next day only with a different bottom. I love that collection not just because of my undying love for stripes but it’s stripes+colour blocking+baroque which equals to something that makes my head spin and make me go BANANAS!!!=) Yes, the bananas!=) I am obsessed!!! Well, nothing new, i felt this same way with Prada SS08, Luella SS08, Prada SS08, Sonia Rykiel SS10, Kenzo Aw10, Miu Miu Resort2011 and a few more. It may be crazy but i like it that way. When i’m crazy about something, the pleasure of doing, having it, is also in a different level. And the funny thing is that i am not wearing a single Prada item here (yet)! But i totally forgot about that!=) I’m just really in love! (And went all the way by wearing sneakers minus the spikey sole and the silver eye make up which i will be rocking all summer!=) So hooked and possessed you can see i’m all teethy and skippy again!=)
Anyway, i wore it to have brunch with my darling Diddy who patiently took my photos as always. He makes room for me in the afternoon, everyday just for tea, walk and photos. He enjoys in a way but he’s also very busy but still chooses to escape from his own stuff and spend sometime with me. I’m lucky, we do discuss what i should wear when there’s a special occasion but he lets me have these afternoons. The afternoons are mine. In the afternoon, i’m the boss.=) So yes, beautiful food, lovely weather, amazing (for me anyway) outfit, nice walk and my man holding my hand—- mmmm…cushty.=)
