I quickly threw on this pleated sky blue blouse over a lace body-con skirt, and it became a very easy to wear look! The outfit needed something more, so I belted this neutral cardigan over top. I like that it transformed this tight fitting skirt into something more day-appropriate and how the look paired nicely with some black tights and platforms for edge!
