Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. We don’t always get 100% support as style bloggers who like to push the envelope and when we talked about this memorable Apple ad campaign in class last week, it stayed in my head when I decided to put on my shiny gold 80s maxi skirt. We won’t always have everyone’s support with our unusual choices but what’s the point of getting dressed if you aren’t going to make it your own. I am an artist, my body is a canvas and I will decorate it as I choose.
