The temperature’s been rising rapidly these past few days and not in a good way, trust me. The moment you’d step out, you would get accosted by the heat of the sun. I wore a breezy chiffon cape once and when I had to step out to buy coffee, I broke out into sweat and felt really uneasy the entire time. I hate how the fabric would stick to my skin–horrid, horrid feeling.
So now, I’ve resolved to plan out my outfits just so I can make sure they’re comfortable enough for the summer without compromising the “chic” and the “corporate” feel. I swear by silk or chiffon button-downs–pseudo-breezy fabrics that are rich in texture but quite easy to transition from “office wear” to “casual wear.”
