Oh how I love polka dots!! scooped up this dress from Target recently and it was the perfect attire for some cocktails and fashion. I headed to The Loft Fall Presentation and sipped on champagne while browsing through rack of clothes and accessories. Since I did alot of traveling that day, this dress was prefect and not wrinkled from all the sitting I was doing. I was fresh and party ready!
