I’ve been DYING to wear these bad boys since picking them up at Topshop in London on my way out here! I’ve literally been staring at them everyday, wondering how work appropriate they are… putting them on, then wimping out at the last minute in favor of my holey, stinky plimsolls (Keds if your American!) ! I love those things too mind!!! It’s been a hot hot day today, and I’ve been very tempted to don a bikini and head straight to the pool… unfortunately, yet fortunately for my blogs sake our “pool member friends” are all busy today, so blogging it was! And good thing too… It’s been too long once again! I’ve had the most incredible and exhausting first week at work designing up a storm and getting all my fabric samples together. Every time I think I’m finished with the collection, I see another fabric, and I HAVE to do something with it! It’s driving me slightly mental! It’s the most exciting thing in the world seeing all my hard work turning into something, slowly but surely! I’m preparing mentally now for my solo trip up to China where I will go back to my amazing tailor who sampled up my first Disco Pony pieces! I’m making sure I have everything measured out and designed down to the last detail so I don’t balls it up! One shot…one shot!It’s my biiiirrrrthhhhdayyyy tomorrow! The weather has decided to be rain for that, so I’m getting pampered in a gorgeous spa, where hopefully the only rain will be the rain shower! I’m superrr upset that I’m getting old however, so me and Albert have decided I will be turning 24 again this year, so I have another nice year to get used to the prospect of 25! aghhh!!! Right you lovely thinggssss you! I’m off to enjoy my first day off! I hope you are all happy as happy valley (shoot location here in Hongky Konky!) and are enjoying your weekend!
