Hello everyone!!!! =) Good Tuesday? =)
Mine’s a bit more productive than usual.=) Practiced songs all morning and most of the afternoon. Went out for tea (and my latest obsession- Caesar Salad) and came back home to practice more then off to rehearsal in the pub. We have 3 parties booked for the month so we’re trying to work on more songs. If it’s the usual birthday party then we dont need to worry much as long as we can sing “happy birthday” for like a dozen times until the friends of the celebrant/celebrator are drunk enough to forget what the occasion is!=) But the ones we’re preparing for are for BP, American Embassy and British Embassy (Royal Wedding) and we have to make sure we deserve the fee. So my weeks will be filled with Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor and Abba! Yep, we usually do Rock, Latin and Rhythm and Blues (Motown) and a few modern pop ones but parties like these, people would throw us out of the venue if we didnt do Dancing Queen and I will survive! Anyway, I also dropped by at YSL for 15 minutes because the baby i want to adopt has arrived. =) And Mommy went.=) I think she’s pretty.=) What else, i’ve also started my 2 weeks long Spring Cleaning. Yep, that long. Not just because I’m lazy, i just really feel bad hiding away clothes (etc) that i really love. You know i love my coats. I had to start with them (fur and other really thick ones) and it broke my heart. But they will be replaced with bright happy colours so it’s no bad i guess.=) These are the times i really wish i have a whole room big enough to accommodate all my stuff. Oh well…=‘(
Anyway, the outfit. We have more bright and longer days now and the birds are starting to sing in the morning (which is one of the most beautiful things to wake up to!! That and a hot tea and your first cigarette (BAD!!!) but it’s still a bit chilly so i’m taking advantage of that and trying to wear my other coats (blazers). It can get very hot here but i have a 3 more months before the frying begins.=) I’ve always been a fan of cropped things and it’s one of the trends i am going to reunite myself with.=) I hope you like it.=)
PS- Hope we will all wear RED!!!!!!!!!!!! Nature will be one of the biggest if not the biggest enemy we have and it’s scary but maybe it (and maybe aliens who will try to take over Earth?) can make us be on the same side.
