I wear black a lot, so I either go “sweet” or a kind of “rocker” vibe. Black is just a universally flattering color, so that’s why. Plus, it works with any other color, too.
I’m also a huge fan of tights, but on lazy days, I almost always go for the plain black tights.

I have a pair of black dotted tights like yours, and I find them surprisingly versatile. In any case, I love this look! The cream bow adds just the right amount of sweetness. :)
