Here’s another photo from my shoot for our clothing line, Coexist . Everything I’m wearing, save for the shoes and accessories, are from Coexist. They’ve been available at our branches for quite some time now, but we’re only releasing them online now. I’ve actually already worn all 3 (top, cardi, pants) separately on my previous posts. :)
I’m going to be quite busy these days so I’m pretty sure this photo won’t be the last I’ll upload from our shoot. (Lazy lazy I know.) Our shoot that day was pretty spontaneous. We didn’t really have set layouts and stuff. We just made do with what we had and made the most out of the location. Usually I like to hire models for our shoots. It’s been a long time since I modeled for my own clothing line. I always used to joke I’ve retired from modeling for Coexist. It’s really tiring to organize, style and model for a whole day shoot, especially when you don’t have a personal assistant for the day and you have more than 30 layouts to do. However, after much encouragement from friends and a few fashion editors, they’ve managed to make me see the benefits and advantages of modeling for my own line, so here I am. Plus, things get done faster (although I still prefer hiring a model). Anyway, out of all the layouts we did, this one’s my favorite. The book I’m reading in the photo is a biography about Audrey Hepburn written by her son. It’s the first time I saw the book, so the reading I’m doing here is not at all fake haha :) I was really reading the book. It’s hard not to get fascinated with all the pretty Audrey Hepburn photos.
P.S. To all Coexist followers, we’re adding a new branch to our family! Starting March 15, Coexist will be available at LUCA’s flagship store at the 3rd level of Shangri-La Plaza Mall. Selected regular Coexist items will be available there plus a few LUCA exclusives in the days to come, so I hope you’ll drop by and support. Other brands joining the LUCA family are Stylebreak, Glastnost and Olivia & Fifth, all of which are owned by friends I super love and adore! :)
