Hey there. I bring you this post from the awesome city of Victoria!! We made it!! Our saturday night flight was a big pain, took us 8 hours to make the one 1 hr 20 min flight, then the 20 min flight. Soo many delays because of snow in Vancouver! Bah! We made it here (our bags, however, did not until the next day) and were really happy to see no snow and warmer weather.
On sunday my brothers and I had an amazing breakfast at “cup o joe” where i had a “gran torino” which was so delicious with spinach, eggs, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, feta cheese and artichoke hearts…MMMM. Then while the boys played video games I met up with a friend who was only here for one more day and we went shopping.
I bought this jacket the day before I left from H&M for half off. It has a hood! And is waterproof!! Amazing! I was pretty impressed with this deal. I wore my super thick navy sweater underneath, my soft green scarf and lace top underneath. The layers were perfect for the weather/being in the airport for extended periods of time. I am so glad I bought this jacket for the weather here. It’s been a great trip so far. We’re having a lot of fun!
