i like how that when you wear the cape/poncho-like jacket it gives a different, urban feel. but ultimately, i still like the overall outfit with the t-shirt and skirt, sneakers. it plays down the look for a casual go-to outfit. and of course with ur signature hat, u def. stand out, harriet.
