Well, it’s about time I wore some color! Red vintage secretary dress to the rescue! I wanted to wear it with neutrals and then add one more pop of color with the turquoise scarf. I’m rather enjoying the resurgence of sheer black hose. I remember when I was younger how I complained to my mom for making me wear pantyhose, and now here I am willingly enduring the hassle. Let’s be honest, hose are pain. Funny how things turn out like that.

I had tons of fun shooting this look with Jared, until he brought out the chair for the shoe shots. He unknowingly set the chair on an incline, and no sooner had I perched on the top then the chair tipped over backwards and I fell feet over face on my back. I survived; my hose did not. Thankfully, the incident was not recorded forever on film because Jared was too busy laughing.
