Another new pair of tights! I bought the mustard version of these houndstooth printed tights a couple of years ago and I loved them so I couldn’t pass up on these. They were the perfect touch to spice up this simple seventies look, especially with my matching clogs. The sweater is a sales buy, I love how it’s warm but not chunky so it’s perfect for tucking into high waisted midi skirts and still showing off a bit of figure. I actually stepped into a HUGE pile of cat poo while taking these pictures. You can see a bit of brown at the side of my clog, for those interested. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to look at my clogs the same way now.
I’ve been procrastinating like crazy today: I have way too much time to study for only 3 exams, which means I am studying VERY slowly and making the least of my time. I have no idea why we humans do this, but I can’t help it. I’ve been watching Australia’s masterchef and Dr Phil while having facebook discussions about Dario Argento, David Lynch and David Cronenberg. Yep, procrastinating ftw!
My boyfriend just took down the christmastree, which makes me a little sad. I always look forward to christmastime. Not for the presents (my family doesn’t give presents at christmas) but for the christmastree! I love taking out the ornaments every year, seeing my favorites again and placing them carefully in the tree, arranging and rearranging the strings of light and the feeling of accomplishment when you’re done and you can just sit and stare at how pretty it looks.
It smells very nice too.
I’m watching Kill Bill at the moment. I love that movie, don’t care if anyone calls it over the top or mindless action. I love the style, the characters, the humor, the drama, everything!
And Gogo Yubari is AWESUM
