Yesterday was far too hectic to post, not to mention the fact that the Mock Audition final which we were dress-rehearsing for on Monday, was on Wednesday, so I wasn’t wearing anything different!
I’m going to keep this post short and sweet or I’ll be late to class, but oh my goodness! I had two finals yesterday (and am now done with two classes for the semester!), sang in a my chorus’ Chimes of Christmas concert, then went home and wrote a short story to turn in as a final project today, then had a bit of tequila and lime with my friend Andy to celebrate it all!!! …and then ended up fighting a bat that got in his house with him and his roommate Jay! We eventually caught it in a box and let it go, don’t worry, the batty is fine! But we were all a bit drunk, so it was the scariest thing ever at the time! The worst part was when Jay went back to bed and he called to us from upstairs saying, “If you two are going to stay up, you should check the creepy basement for additional bats.”
At that point we decided we should say goodnight for the evening!
After a day like yesterday I need a simple, studious preppy outfit to get me back on track and make sure nothing else too ridiculous happens. o_O
