It doesn’t snow in San Francisco. If it did, I would be the first to be making snow angels and snowmen with vintage hats, vintage buttons, and an organic carrot nose from whole foods.
I really want to see real snow this winter. Thats on my Christmas list. Lets see what else is on my list this year:
1. Real Snow
2. Raspberry Hot Chocolate
3. A Gingerbread House
4. A boyfriend who will wear matching red plaid pajamas and watch Home Alone 2 with me (this is continued on from my list from last year)
5. San Francisco apartments to put up Christmas lights
6. New Sewing Scissors
7. For everyones holiday wishes to come true
So the headpiece I am wearing in this photo is a special vintage headpiece my friend Hilary (who modeled for me during the Chictopia10 conference in Feb) got for me for my bday. She is so funny, she also made me cupcakes. They were really good. We don’t get to see each other very much because I live in SF and she lives in the valley, but when we do hangout we have a lot of fun. She even took this photo for me. The dress I am wearing is a brocade halter dress I designed for my Fall 2010 runway. It was showcased on the runway during the Chictopia 10 Media Tech Summit in September this year.
I’m starting to work on my Spring 11 collection. I’m excited about it. It’s gonna be different. I try to make each collection completely different from the last. I can’t hint to much about it though.
