YES finally the day has come.
I woke up at 8am on the day of my exam to go to kbusi sale. Call me crazy. HAH!
I thought since everyone (almost) is having an exam/studying, the queue won’t be as long as last time. I was wrong. My friend and I arrive at little lonsdale around 9.40am and started walking down from melbourne central. About a kilometer away I could see huge amount of people lining up. I didn’t believe what I saw. I didn’t want to believe what I saw.
me(5 seconds later): “thats not what I think it is right?”
me(10 seconds later): “ARRRRRRRRRRRRR!” (screaming like the world was coming to an end)
and just when I thought I was going to faint, I saw some of my friends from Melbourne uni in front of me. One guy whispered “See? I knew it was her”. He was probably talking about the bit where I went “ARRRRRRRRRR!”. HAH! Anyhow.. we started walking towards the fashionable crowd and waited in pain. There were a lot of people that arrived about the same reaction as me. There were a variety of reactions:
People who arrived at 9.45am aka me: “ARRRR!”
People who arrived at 10am: “Oh my god”
People who arrived at 11am: “NO WAY! FUCK!”
People who arrived at 12noon: “Lets come again tomorrow”
Yes, the line was actually massive. I arrived early and still had to queue up for 2 hours. Oh hell. Plus I had an exam this afternoon. Don’t worry, I made it :) Still had time to have sushi before my exam too. It tasted horrible but. Also, whats worse than having to queue up for so long was that I could not find a nice pair of jeans that I loved and look good on me. Some would fit on the hip but not the leg. Some would have a nicest leg but the wrong design. Sigh. My life sucks. But I managed to get a shirt from men section and a pair of sunglasses so I’m not THAT upset. That was until I came home and found a hole in my new ksubi shirt. Yes, my new ksubi shirt. FUCK! My life really does suck.
