Sunday was a rainy day perfect for baking some sweet treats like macaroons. I have never actually had a macaroon in my life, but they seem to be popping up all over blogging world and i wanted to see what all the fuss is about. It seems three really is the charm, because after two failed batches my housemate and i finally got the mixture the correct consistency and perfect shade of pink.
