Hello everyone!!! =)
Yey!! I can upload—and using my own laptop!=) (Had problems uploading for a couple of weeks and had to use an almost dead computer.)
And i would like you guys to meet my no.2 favourite coat (oversized even for the boyfriend jacket ala Kenzo/Gucci/Chloe/Hussein C./Tommy H./Victor & Rolf/Lanvin) this AW10-11. I know we all love the camel, but i am one of the few who fell for the big coat. If there is one thing i am obsessed right now (aw10-11) apart from pants and anything grey, it’d be the big coat (oversized boyfriend jacket). Of all the coats i’ve bought for this season, this is my 2nd favourite (I have decided i have 4 super favourites and you will meet the other 3 very soon.) and yes, it’s vintage. I cant afford the Lanvin version so while working on the other one (no.1 favourite), i promised myself i will not stop until i find something that’s too big for me, camel and warm. When it arrived, i opened the box and said “Hello…” with a huge childish smile on my face and placed it close to me chest and caressed it. The husband looked at me and said “You’re mad…” I dont know, am i? What do you guys do when your wish, your dream is at the door when you thought it was the electricity guy or something? I get so orgasmic sometimes that i could even invite the DHL guy for dinner! Or kiss him on the cheek, even, for being the angel from heaven who came to deliver a gift from the fashion god! Ok, enough, so yes, this is my new coat and i so love it i wanna wear it when i sleep! I hope you like it too.=) I could’ve worn it with other items but i decided to parade it without competition. It’s not yet that cold here so i can still go out with bare legs and i will be taking advantage of this weather in the next couple of weeks. The cardigan, bag and shoes are also new but i’ll tell you more about them next time or in PANDORA’S BOX
It’s our holiday here. We are celebrating Novruz Bayram so the girls (my two sisters and our friend Esmira, all teachers) have a 2 day holiday and they dragged me out for some sunshine, tea and gossiping (Sex and the city style). It was great fun that we decided to do it again tomorrow. =) Came home and cooked dinner and now listening to “The Sweetest Days” by Vanessa Williams, on repeat for hours now. Oh i adore her!!! If this is my 2nd favourite coat, she is, for me, the 2nd most beautiful woman on earth (Angelina Jolie as 1st.) If somebody asked me to do plastic surgery and copy someone’s face, i’d be torn between Angie and her.=) Sorry, a bit talkative today. My husband is in China and i’ve only been talking to dogs for two weeks now.
Anyway, i hope you had a great monday, enjoyed your chic outfits and have some time to listen to some good songs.=)
PS- To Daniel: yes, Sasha’s big LV coat, i was (still am) obsessed with it too and i’ll show you how soon.=)
