I wore this on a night-out with my family then my friends. The skirt was a fab and fierce find from Tyler, my absolute favorite store in the world! I love it!
Had a delish Italian dinner at Cibo in Rockwell with my boy after a short shopping stop since it was the great Rockwell mall sale this weekend. Then headed to Shangri-la Hotel for post-dinner drinks, dessert and bonding with my family at the lobby lounge. I didn’t have a thing except for San Pellegrino. I’m still dieting aka. wishful shrinking.
As you all know I am a big big fan of full and high-waisted skirts so more or less, you’d definitely be seeing me in a fuller than life A-line girly chic skirt. That’s just totally my style and my signature.
I wanted to keep it classic and chic so I added a vintage Italian leather and metal silver thin belt from my Mom. Wore my Carrie Bradshaw heels to add fierceness to the very feminine frock.
Wined and dined from midnight to the wee hours of the morning with my friend Nina, where we started talking about inspirational films that we should get in DVD to inspire our wardrobe.
So far we came up with:
- Pulp Fiction
- Scarface (I loved Michelle Pfeiffer wardrobe!)
- Factory Girl
- Pretty in Pink
- Sixteen Candles
- Cruel Intentions
- Almost Famous
- Atonement
* What’s your style inspiration flick? Let me know…
Then we got all baby-ed out and stopped thinking.
Good wine, good cheese and good company equals GLAM NIGHT!
It was a perfect Friday night! I loved it!
* Snaps to Nina’s boyfriend who will play the local version of GG’s Dan Humphrey in an upcoming show. Loves it E! XOXO
