Took these photos after it finally stopped raining yesterday. The rain was not welcomed by me. I’m excited for fall, but I do not like extreme temperature change in such a short amount of time. It makes me feel weighed down and sick! At least I love these mustard shorts! Even though they weren’t my size, my coworker talked me into trying them on and boy, he was right. They fit perfectly! I could not believe it. Same story on the shoes…It’s funny, we keep getting things into the store and every time one of us finds something beautiful we talk the other one into buying it. His love for beautiful vintage staples, like perfectly worn-in leather oxfords or comfortable sweaters parallels well with my obsession for quirky, fun dresses and we always seem to pick out the right things for each other. It probably sounds like I hardly do any real work at work, but this all happens on our breaks. Otherwise we’re on our feet running around all day getting things done! We have also been listening to nothing but Rubber Soul at work so it has been on repeat in my head for the last few weeks.
Anyway, had a really lousy Monday (aren’t they always?), which I hope will turn into a better Tuesday, as I am going out for some pre-Halloween fun with two of my favorite ladies. Pumpkin patches and beautiful pictures, here we come! I hope everyone has a good one! xxx
